Frequently Asked Questions from Current Carriers and Clients

Q. Will my AIMS contacts remain the same?
A. Yes. You will continue to work with your current Account Manager and Customer Service Representative.

Q. What about phone numbers, email, and mailing addresses?
A. For the immediate future, please continue to utilize current contact information. You will be notified of any changes.

Q. Do I still have access to NetSuite?
A. Yes. You still have the ability to research bills in NetSuite. User names and passwords will remain the same.

Q. Who should I contact if I'm having trouble accessing NetSuite?
A. If you have any issues with logging into NetSuite, please contact your Account Manager.

Q. What if I do not know who my Account Manager is?
A. Please call our main number, 901-854-5777. Please have client name and/or invoice available to assist us in routing your call.

Q. Should I change the company name from AIMS to PowerTrack in my records?
A. Unless you are notified specifically, it is not necessary to make name changes to your records at the current time.
